Falcons take on Chiefs in Challenge Cup quarters
Newcastle Falcons 10-52 win over Bucharest Wolves on Saturday saw the North East club book their first quarter final appearance in European Cup competition since 2009 by finishing as one of the three best pool runners up in this seasons tournament.
Securing the seventh seeding as a result, the team’s reward for the efforts is a trip to take on Exeter Chiefs at Sandy Park over the weekend of April 2/3/4/5 with the exact date and time to be confirmed shortly by tournament organisers EPCR.
