Futures Programme launches in Teesside
Newcastle Rugby Foundation has had a fantastic experience delivering the Futures programme to their first cohorts in Teesside.
By embedding lessons on emotional intelligence, self-belief, resilience, self-awareness, and other power skills into a fun programme of games, activities, and group discussions, Futures empowers participants to improve their mental health, giving them the space to be themselves, tell their stories and believe they can be the best version of themselves.
