Level 3 rugby excellence taster day
Perspective students for the Falcons Community Foundation and TyneMet College’s new two-year course have the opportunity to see what the programme has to offer next week with a special taster session.
Starting in the 2017-18 school year, based at Kingston Park Stadium and aimed at students aged 16 and above, the scheme combines a BTEC Level 3 extended diploma in rugby excellence with practical rugby sessions and fixtures against other North East Colleges.
Taking place on July 6 and tarting from 10:00am, potential students can take part in a sample on field training session on the main pitch at Kingston Park Stadium, before a one hour class room taster from 1:00pm – 2:00pm.
