Match Day Info – Bath on Friday
As Newcastle Falcons prepare for the first action of 2017 against Bath this Friday, there is a host of important information to share so you can make the most of your match-day experience.
**Kick Off & Opening Times** – Friday’s game will kick off at 19:45. West Stand and South Stand concourse bars and turnstiles will open at 18:15. The East Stand Tap & Tackle open to all guests from 11:00 while doors for guests attending as part of Kingston Park Stadium’s award-winning matchday hospitality packages, will be open from 17:00 with food served from 17:45.
**Match Tickets** – Tickets for the game are still available to buy now online, in person from the Kingston Park Stadium Box Office or by calling the club’s Ticket Hotline on 0871 226 6060. Advanced prices remain valid until 17:00 on match-day, with prices starting from £15 for adults and £5 for under-16s. After 17:00, a £3 match day premium applies to all tickets.
**Curry Corner** – Curry Corner continues post match with a serving station set up in the 1877 Bar around 30 minutes after the full-time whistle, serving delicious free helpings of curry and rice.
Prepared by the award-winning Kingston Park Stadium chefs, this week’s flavour will be Chicken Korma as the club continues its efforts to enhance the match day experience and reward the loyal Falcons Family.
**Season Ticket Drinks Discount** – Show your season card on the South or West Concourse bar, or in the Tap & Tackle or 1877 Bar pre-match and enjoy a 10% discount on the cost of your drinks.
**Stack Cups** – Launching in South and West Concourses, the Tap & Tackle and 1877 Bar, specially branded Stack Cups will replace disposable plastic vessels for serving drinks at Kingston Park Stadium.
Featuring Evan Olmstead, Sinoti Sinoti, Will Welch and Mark Wilson, supporters will pay a £1 deposit on their first drink, which can be reclaimed on returning their final empty to dedicated redemption points or can opt to take their cup home as a souvenir of the game.
**Stadium Access** – Supporters must enter the stand for which they hold tickets to gain entry into the ground. Kingston Park Stadium’s ticket scanners will have restrictions in place which will only allow tickets for that stand to be scanned.
**Security** – Kingston Park Stadium will be operating enhanced security procedures around Friday’s game, including bag searches. If you would usually bring a bag to the game please consider whether this is something you really need; if you do need to bring a bag please be aware that it will be subject to search from security staff and be sure to allow extra time for getting into the ground.
**Bars** – Supporters bar facilities are available in the East, South and West stands including the new 1877 Bar.
Happy Hour – Special prices will apply in concourse bars, Tap & Tackle and 1877 bar from 18:15 until 19:15. Prices in the East Stand will revert to normal weekday prices on full time, with pints starting from £2.80.
**Food & Drink** – For those needing refreshments before or during the game, a range of food options will be served from the South and West stand kiosks and from units outside in the stadium bowl. This includes an ever popular Hog Roast van in the South West corner and delicious fresh fish and chips from the Angel Fish van in the South East corner. All worth a visit!
**Foundation Flutter** – Offering supporters the chance to win the Falcons Man of the Match shirt or corporate hospitality at the next home fixture, tickets are available from sellers around the ground pre-match, priced at £1 per ticket and results will be posted around the ground at the full time. In addition, winning numbers will be posted to the club’s social media channels within one hour of the full-time whistle.
**Parking** – Stadium car parking for the match is limited in availability. Any fans not wishing to drive to the stadium are encouraged to use public transport to get to the game, with park and ride facilities available at Callerton Parkway, Northumberland Park, Bank Foot and Heworth.
**Club Shop** – The Falcons club shop and ticket office will be open from 9 am up until half time and then for 45 minutes after the full-time whistle. Replica and match authentic home and away shirts are in stock, with adult replicas priced at £49.99 and authentics priced at £69.99.
**Pitch Access** – Supporters will be welcome to take to the field after the completion of the game against Bath, however, entry will be delayed until players have completed a lap of the stadium. Please make your way to the West Stand entry points if you wish to go onto the pitch, and follow all instructions from safety stewards.
**Post Match** – Entertainment will be provided by both the West and East stand for those wishing to stay on past the final whistle. In the West Stand, The Fabulous Daker Boys will be performing a live set, while a disco and karaoke will be located in the Tap & Tackle.
BT Sport will be broadcasting post match analysis live from the 1877 Bar, with supporters welcome into the bar to hear the thoughts of assembled pundits and experts on the evening’s game.
