Match Day Information – Wasps
As Kingston Park Stadium prepares for Sunday’s Aviva Premiership encounter against Wasps, the club would like to share the following information to allow you to fully enjoy your match day experience.
**Kick Off Time** – Sunday afternoon’s Aviva Premiership Rugby game will kick off at 3:00pm.
**Opening Times** – Concourse bars and turnstiles will open at 13:30 with the East Stand Tap & Tackle open to all guests from 10am. Doors for guests attending as part of Kingston Park Stadium’s award-winning match day hospitality packages will be open from 12:00 with food served from 13:00.
**Match Tickets** – Tickets for the game are still available to buy now online, in person from the Kingston Park Stadium Box Office or by calling the club’s Ticket Hotline on 0871 226 6060 starting from £15 for adults and £5.50 for juniors.
**Stadium Access** – Supporters must enter the stand for which they hold tickets to gain entry into the ground. Kingston Park Stadium’s ticket scanners will have restrictions in place that will only allow tickets for that stand to be scanned.
**Security** – Kingston Park Stadium will be operating enhanced security procedures around Sunday’s game, including bag searches. If you would usually bring a bag to the game please consider whether this is something you really need; if you do need to bring a bag please be aware that it will be subject to search from security staff and be sure to allow extra time for getting into the ground.
**Bars** – Supporters bar facilities are available in the South, East and West stands. All bars within the stadium will be running a reduced price happy hour drinks promotion from 13:30-14:30.
Please note that the exclusive Season Ticket Members’ bar on the ground floor of the East Stand will be open from 12:00pm for Sunday’s game, with reduced price drinks and a player question and answer session in the build up to kick off.
Happy hour does not run in this area as Season Ticket Members within this bar enjoy drinks priced at lower than happy hour prices throughout the day.
**Parking** – Stadium car parking for Sunday’s match is limited in availability. Supporters wishing to drive to the game are advised to book their spaces in advance as soon as possible by calling the stadium ticket office.
Any fans not wishing to drive to the stadium are encouraged to use public transport to get to the game, with park and ride facilities available at Callerton Parkway, Northumberland Park, Bank Foot and Heworth. Please note that the car park at Kingston Park Metro station will be closed due to maintenance works throughout Sunday.
**Public Transport** – Anyone not planning to drive to the game can utilise either the bus or Tyne and Wear Metro service. Click here for more information.
**Programmes** – Match day programmes will be available from sellers around the stadium throughout the day on Sunday.
**Club Shop** – The Falcons Club Shop and Ticket Office will be open from 9am on Sunday up until kick off, then again for 45 minutes after the final whistle, with a retail concession also available in the West Stand of the ground.
With a sale on Replica shirts, and pre match reductions of 20% off Falcons leisure wear and Ladies Gilbert polos only £10, stop by and pick up a bargain.
**Pre Match** – Rugby Fundraisers The Gorillas will be staging an invitational match against Darlington Mowden Park at Kingston Park with kick off at 12 Noon. The match is held to raise funds for the 1820 Foundation and is open to all ticket holders.
Supporters wishing to watch this match can do so from the East Stand and East terrace with entry via the Tap & Tackle. Please note you will need to leave the ground upon completion of the charity match and enter via your appropriate turnstile for the Falcons v Wasps game.

**Durham Cathedral in LEGO** – Volunteers from Durham Cathedral will be present in the West Stand concourse pre match with a section of the impressive LEGO replica currently under construction in support of the new Open Treasure exhibition being created at the Cathedral.
In the first of a number of activities that will see the Falcons support the competition of the model, supporters will be able to buy bricks to add to the model. [Click here][2] for more information.
**Pitch Access** – Supporters will be welcome to take to the field after the completion of the game against Worcester Warriors. Please make your way to the West Stand entry points if you wish to go onto the pitch.
