May books place in 100 Club
This Sunday’s match against London Welsh will see Falcons legend and current Welsh captain Tom May inducted into the Newcastle Falcons 100 Club.
Following yesterday’s announcement that May will retire from professional rugby at the end of this season, the club is inviting fans to join them in the West Stand concourse bar after the final whistle to see May receive the official induction and to pay their tributes to the talented and popular back.
May played spent ten years on Tyneside before leaving the club to play in France for RCT Toulon. Having scored 66 tries in 267 appearances for the Falcons, he is widely regarded a favourite amongst Falcons fans and a true legend of the club.
