Newcastle Falcons front-rowers Jacob Oliver and Isaac Keller are part of the England Under-19s squad travelling to take on their Italian counterparts on Saturday.

The game in L’Aquila sees Oliver (left of picture) starting at hooker, with prop-forward Keller named on the bench.

The Falcons’ senior academy pair were both involved for England Under-19s last weekend when they were beaten 24-21 by France Under-19s in Doncaster.

Saturday’s game kicks off at 5pm UK time and will be streamed live on the Italian Rugby Federation’s Youtube channel, which is available by clicking here.

England coach Andy Titterrell said: “Whilst the result last week in Doncaster wasn’t what we had hoped for, these fixtures are the perfect opportunity for us to examine the plentiful talent we possess here in the pathway in competitive scenarios.

“Our aim is to continue the alignment of our key principles such as speed, attachment and space throughout all age groups and provide the platform for these players to excel in an England shirt between competition time.

“We’re anticipating another stern test on our trip to Italy, and the coaches and I are eager to see this group respond positively come Saturday afternoon.”
