The Welsh great joined Newcastle Red Bulls in the summer of 2025.

At the time of his arrival Williams had been capped 93 times by his country and a further five by the British & Irish Lions in a remarkable career.

Able to play full-back and wing, Williams has won the Premiership, URC, Champions Cup and Six Nations titles as well as helping Wales to Grand Slam glory.

His club career has included spells with Scarlets, Saracens, Kubota Spears and Cardiff.
