RICHARDS GEARS UP FOR EAGLES CHALLENGE
The experienced campaigner believes there is a lot more to come from his unit as the Falcons enter a pivotal phase of the season.
Richards said: “Clinical is the key word around the club at the moment, and it’s all about been clinical in everything that we do.
> That’s what the boys are asking of themselves too and they know that
> they can’t afford to take Connacht lightly.
In the national and local media the talk has been about the Falcons dip in form, but despite this the men from the north still uphold their unbeaten record, much to Richards’ satisfaction.
“We’re still winning which is the main thing and we got five points against Doncaster last week which was nice,” said Richards.
“The London Scottish result was an interesting one as everyone thought we should have won the game comfortably, but they beat Bedford the following week so they’re clearly not a bad side – there are some quality sides in this league,” added Richards.
Richards names his team tomorrow morning as the Falcons aim to gun down the eagles to make it 18 wins out of 18 in all competitions.
