SUMMER OF TOUCH BACK!

Friday 02 May 2014 Written by: Adam

Touch is rugby’s answer to five-a-side football – it’s fast, exciting, enjoyable, involves no contact and can be played by both young and old, males and females. Squads are made up of ten players, with six on the field of play at any one time. Touch rugby is such an easy game to play that even if you have never played rugby before you will have no problem picking it up. This year will see sessions ran through out Tyne and Wear to wet the appetite of keen players, players looking for a new team or a team looking a few players to complete their squads. It’s a great way of keeping fit or getting fit while enjoying an evening in the summer sunshine with friends enjoying drinks, socialising, music and a BBQ.
