The Big One – Fly your flag
Group bookings of 100 tickets or more for this season’s Big One will be helped to show their support at St James’ Park, as Newcastle Falcons confirm they will provide a bespoke flag to wave during the game.
Open to all community groups including rugby clubs and schools, the flags will measure 2m x 1m and will feature the crest/logo of the group alongside that of Newcastle Falcons, allowing the groups to proudly display their support as part of a crowd of over 30,000 people and in front of a global TV audience.
Following the game against Sale Sharks, groups will be able to keep their flags as a memento of the day, or in the case of club connections members, can opt for their flag to be kept at Kingston Park Stadium alongside their club shirt in the West Stand concourse.
To qualify for a flag, groups need to have purchased 100 or more tickets, with complimentary tickets from players and coaches from the Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup not counting towards that total.
