VIDEO: Brocklebank reflects on Ampthill and hitting Falcons milestone
The Premiership Rugby Cup fixture was the first competitive outing for new head coach Alex Codling’s side, with eight summer signings also making their debuts.
Although slow to start, Falcons eventually ran out 40-17 winners with Brocklebank starting at tight-head in the six-try bonus point victory.
Newcastle Falcons’ next fixture is the club’s first home game of the 2023/24 season. They host Bedford Blues on Friday, September 15 in a 7:45pm kick-off.
