Newcastle Falcons’ consultant director of rugby Steve Diamond shares his thoughts ahead of the club’s Big Night Oot 4 tie with Leicester Tigers.

The tie will be Diamond’s first home game in charge of the Falcons and is the club’s first home game since their EPCR Challenge Cup clash with Benetton, back in January.
