This season, Gallagher will continue to support the UK business community as it navigates through a challenging trading and commercial environment. ‘Tackling Tomorrow. Together’ brings to life the stories of six businesses and a charity that have shown resilience, tenacity and pioneering spirit during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Gallagher is proudly supporting The Dunes, a family-based entertainment centre in South Shields. As part of the support and ahead of The Dunes’ re-opening on the May 17, Falcons players Toby Flood, Mark Wilson and Gary Graham tried out some of the arcade ten-pin bowling equipment on the pitch at Kingston Park Stadium.
During the pandemic, The Dunes had to close the doors to its giant soft play, bowling alley and amusement arcade temporarily back in March last year, with extremely limited opportunities for opening since.
In the interim, Gallagher has been assisting with its business continuity plans and shaping a robust insurance and risk management approach to transition out of lockdown and towards normal trading conditions.
