EPCR have confirmed that the pool draws for the 2024/25 Challenge Cup will take place on Tuesday July 2.

The event, held in Cardiff, will be live-streamed on EPCRugby.com, starting at 11:00 am BST with the draw for the EPCR Challenge Cup pools, which will then be followed by the draw for the Investec Champions Cup.

Cardiff’s Principality Stadium was recently announced as the venue for the 2025 Finals weekend, with the EPCR Challenge Cup final scheduled for Friday, May 23.

The 2024/25 EPCR Challenge Cup tournament will maintain the same pool stage format as last season and will kick off in December with two consecutive rounds, followed by rounds three and four in January 2025.

• TOP 14: Section Paloise, USAP, Lyon, Aviron Bayonnais, Montpellier Hérault Rugby or Grenoble Rugby, RC Vannes.
• United Rugby Championship: Ospreys, Emirates Lions, Edinburgh Rugby, Connacht Rugby, Cardiff Rugby, Scarlets, Dragons RFC, Zebre Parma.
• Gallagher Premiership: Gloucester Rugby, Newcastle Falcons.
• Invited: Two clubs to be confirmed.

2024/25 weekends

• Round 1: December 6/7/8.
• Round 2: December 13/14/15.
• Round 3: January 10/11/12.
• Round 4: January 17/18/19.
• Round of 16: April 4/5/6.
• Quarter-finals: April 11/12/13.
• Semi-finals: May 2/3/4.
• Final: Friday May 23 at Principality Stadium, Cardiff.
