Newcastle Falcons’ Phil Brantinham is among the nominations for the RPA’s 15 Under-23 MVP of the Month for September.

Voting is now open on the RPA website and will close on Friday, October 6 at 4pm.

The campaign highlights the young players who stand out each month during the season.

The RPA nominate four players aged 23 and under, who shine for their side in all competitions and then each month, fans get to vote for their MVP of the Month.

The whole process culminates in the RPA Players’ Board picking their 15 Under 23 from the long shortlist with the team announced at then end of the season.

Newcastle Falcons prop forward Phil Brantingam is among the four names on the male shortlist for September.

• Emeka Ilione – Leicester Tigers
• Jake Morris – Gloucester Rugby

The nominees for September’s MVP – Female are:

• Maisy Allen – Exeter Chiefs Women
• Daisy Hibbert-Jones – Loughborough Lightning
• Katie Shillaker – Harlequins Women
• Mia Venner – Gloucester Hartpury Women
