Accessibility

Here at Newcastle Falcons we are dedicated to being a fully inclusive stadium ensuring our fans of all ages, backgrounds, abilities and circumstances enjoy their experience with us.

Newcastle Falcons offers a range of facilities and services to support spectators with any additional needs and our Community Foundation continues to invest in several community programmes which enable more people to play rugby, get involved in the game and reduce levels of social isolation and increase social connectedness.

Kingston Park accessible spectator experience

Newcastle Falcons is committed to providing an inclusive and high-quality experience for all our spectators. Kingston Park offers designated disabled parking, seating and toilet provision and we continue to audit our stadium accessibility on a regular basis.

Sensory packs

Sensory packs are now available to supporters on match days at Kingston Park, aimed at improving accessibility and inclusivity at the venue.

These items aim to lessen sensory overload to supporters, particularly in situations where the environment becomes stressful, agitating or anxiety-inducing and aid in sensory input, contributing to a calmer experience for supporters at the stadium to enjoy the experience to the fullest.

The packs are available from our club shop with a £15 refundable hire charge, containing ear defenders and sensory toys.
