Customers with credit remaining
We are also aware that the deadline has had a particular impact on our 2/3 year season ticket holders.
In light of this, ahead of the expiry deadline on Thursday 30th June, we have made the decision to extend the deadline and allow supporters who hold a 2/3 year season ticket to allocate their remaining credit to their renewals for the 23/24 season. If you wish to allocate your credit to your season tickets renewals for the 23/24 season, [**please complete this form**][1] NO LATER THAN SUNDAY 31ST JULY.
Other supporters with credit remaining on their account can choose to either allocate their credit to their 23/24 season ticket or move their remaining credit over to their Ticketmaster account to spend throughout the 22/23 season on tickets. If you would like to move your credit to your ticketing account or allocate it to a season ticket for 23/24, [**please let us know here**][2] NO LATER THAN SUNDAY 31ST JULY. Ticketmaster credit will only be available for the 22/23 season.
You will also be able to spend your ticketing credit on Newcastle Thunder 2022 fixtures at Kingston Park.
Any credit not allocated to Ticketmaster or another of the above options before the extended deadline of Sunday 31st July will expire as originally communicated. Credit will therefore be lost.
For any hospitality clients with remaining credit, the team will be in touch in due course. Any transferable credit will not expire before this point.
