Chris Pilgrim

Chris Pilgrim joined Newcastle Falcons from Nottingham Rugby in the summer of 2009. The scrum-half had previously played for Loughbrough University, and has represented England at Students and Counties levels. He made his Falcons senior debut against Leicester Tigers during the 2009-10 campaign and has since gone on to make 56 appearances for the North East club. After starting the first two RFU Championship matches of the 2012-13 season, Pilgrim's season was cut short after sustaining a torn anterior cruciate ligament at London Scottish. Testament to his dedication and commitment, Pilgrim got himself back in contention for selection when the end of season play-offs came around. Pilgrim signed a new deal with the club in the summer of 2013.
