Newcastle Falcons winger, Adam Radwan paid a visit to Nuffield Health’s Newcastle hospital, to try out one of their health assessment services.

These services and assessments focus on preventative health. Through several different lifestyle, medical and non-invasive tests, they allow you to better understand how to take control of your health – discussing potential issues whilst also reinforcing good behaviours.

They can help identify early or unknown signs of diabetes, kidney or liver problems, anaemia, high cholesterol and poor cardiovascular health. Most importantly, they can provide the stepping stones to improve any issues and prevent further complications.
