Cheer The Falcons On The Road This Season

Friday 14 August 2015 Written by: Adam

As Newcastle Falcons continue preparations for the 2015/16 season, the club has teamed up with its Independent Supporters Club to provide guaranteed travel to the first three away games of the league season.

The arrangement means that supporter buses to the games against Northampton Saints, Worcester Warriors and Sale Sharks will definitely run, with the club covering costs and any profits from the three trips going directly to the Supporters Club.

Fans can now book travel to these games through the Falcons website or by visiting Kingston Park Stadium’s East Stand Box Office. The places are available to all supporters, whether Supporters Club Members or not.

Speaking of the new agreement Falcons Managing Director Mick Hogan said: “Our players tell us how much of a boost having a loud and passionate travelling support means. We hope that by guaranteeing these buses we will be able to grow that support and encourage more fans to support the team on the road. If the trial period goes well we will look to extend this to further games throughout the season.

“We will also be investigating how we can support our fans with travel to European away games. This will of course be dependent on the day of the games and kick-off times but we should know more after this Fridays’ fixture announcements.

Details of this season’s first three Aviva Premiership away trips are as follows:

– **Northampton Saints vs Newcastle Falcons (at Stadium MK), Saturday 24th October ko 1.45pm:**
