Newcastle Falcons forwards Patrick Hogg (right of picture) and Sam Graham have been named in England Under-18s’ squad for the Six Nations Rugby Festival in Parma.

The 26-man group will travel to the Italian city for games against Wales on Saturday March 30 (5.45pm), Scotland on Tuesday April 3 (1.15pm) and Georgia on Sunday April 7 (5.30pm).

Blaydon RFC and Durham School lock Hogg was part of the England Under-18s side which played away against France earlier this month, while Durham City RFC and Durham School prop Graham toured South Africa with England Under-18s last summer.

England Under-18s head coach Jonathan Pendlebury said: “Our purpose is to support our players in exploring their competitive opportunities and give them the tools to excel as England players, as they have for their academies.

“We have every confidence that they will, and they are fully prepared to represent their country with pride.

“Now with our selection now finalised, the playing squad and staff group eagerly anticipate our trip to Parma.”
