Newcastle Falcons’ Academy will be represented at the Rugby Black list Awards by pathway coach Paul Kasiera.

Paul has coached at Falcons Developing Player Programme (DPP) sessions for several years, with both of his sons having previously participated in the Falcons’ DPP.

His youngest son, Myles, will join him at the event, which takes place at Twickenham Stadium on April 30.

Paul attended the first ever Rugby Black List Awards at the House of Lords last year, with the Rugby Black List celebrating the outstanding achievements and contributions of black individuals in rugby union at all levels.

The Rugby Black List recognises excellence on and off the pitch, spotlighting role models and leaders who inspire the current and future generations within the rugby community.
