Falcons fans help the homeless over Christmas
Newcastle Falcons players will be among those helping to feed homeless people in the Newcastle area over the festive season, thanks to the generous contribution of supporters who visited the donation station in the East Stand.
‘Crisis at Christmas’ are holding events on Christmas Day and Boxing Day at the Skylight Centre to support those who are homeless over the Christmas period.
Items donated on Sunday included clothes, blankets, toiletries, soup, pasta, biscuits, crisps and much more, ranging from people bringing one tin of soup to full bags of shopping.
