Falcons legends re-unite for Doddie Weir talk-in
The event will raise funds for My Name’5 Doddie, the charity set up to raise money and awareness in the quest to find a cure for motor neurone disease, the cruel condition which recently claimed the life of the Falcons and Scotland legend.
The panel for the talk-in includes five Falcons greats, with Stuart Grimes, Garath Archer, Dave Walder, Micky Ward and Tony Underwood all forming part of an event compered by Justin Lockwood.
The Q&A runs from 3.30pm until 4.30pm in the comfort of Kingston Park’s West Stand hospitality suite, following on from the 1.30pm kick-off between Newcastle Falcons and Southern Knights.
The bar will be open, and will be showing the Doddie Weir Cup match between Scotland and Wales on TV at 4.45pm.
This event is not included in your match ticket. Instead, we ask that you make a suggested donation of £5 to be added to the guest list.
