Falcons v London Welsh – Match Day Information
Ahead of this afternoon’s Aviva Premiership match against London Welsh, Newcastle Falcons would like to share the following important match day information to allow you to plan and enjoy your day at Kingston Park to the fullest.
**Kick Off Time** – Today’s game is live on BT Sport and will kick off at 14:00 please be aware of the earlier kick off time. Any tickets issued showing 15:00 as the kick off time remain valid and will grant entry to the stadium.
**Opening Times** – Along with the earlier kick off, the stadium bars and turnstiles will open at 12:30. Doors for guests attending as part of the award winning hospitality packages will be open from 11:30 with food served from Noon.
**Bars** – Supporters Bar facilities are available in the East, South and West stands. For those wishing to enjoy a full day at the rugby, the stadium bars will be running happy hour drinks promotions from 12:30 – 13:30 on selected drinks.
**Pitch Access** – Newcastle Falcons are pleased to confirm supporters will be able to access the new 3G pitch post match to make the most of their match day.
**Under 15s Girls Festival** – Following a successful year in 2014 for the England Womens Rugby team and a number of North Eastern players, the Falcons Community Foundation are further supporting Women and Girls rugby in the region with a pre match U15 girls festival. This sees players from Bishop Auckland, Blyth, Morpeth, Horden, Jarrovians, Novos, Rockliffe, Sunderland and Tynedale rugby clubs take part.
The festival sits alongside a women and girls strand of the new EHRC Rugby for All premiership programme that the Foundation will be launching in the new school term.
**Ticket Office** – The Kingston Park Box Office will be open until kick off for the sale of tickets for the day’s game and will then reopen along with the retail shop on the full time whistle.
Tickets will be on sale for all confirmed home matches, including the European Rugby Challenge Cup fixture against Newport Gwent Dragons on Saturday 17th January where the Falcons will be looking to book a spot in the competition’s quarter finals.
