FLOCK BEACH PARTY HUGE SUCCESS
The day started in a promising fashion with bright sunshine in a cloudless sky! From 11-1 Tynemouth beach was taken over by the Falcons Community Foundation and Sport North Tyneside with games, activities and balloon modelling for all!
The championship trophy was on display as well as our fantastic “spot the ball” game in the sign up and merchandise cellular dome. We also had a bouncy castle, face painter and balloon modeller on hand to provide the party atmosphere. At 12 the tag rugby games started and volleyball was happening right throughout with two of our Academy Players Craig Willis and David Nelson.
Towards the end of the party Flash the Falcon made an appearance alongside the three North Tyneside Sport Mascots, they all had a tug of war against our flock members and then a dance off! After a hard fought obstacle course Flash the Falcon was declared victorious.
We would like to extend a big thank you to Sport North Tyneside for their help in organising and facilitating the event and we hope that everyone enjoyed themselves!
