The Falcons Community team will be running a number of FREE online training for teachers using the Premiership Rugby Champions app.

The Premiership rugby champions app is a free interactive resource which has 18 lesson plans along with six weeks of progressive tag rugby sessions, all aimed at primary school children.

The 18 lesson plans are split into three different topics:

1 Healthy eating.

2 Numeracy.

3 Character education.

The online resource is a great way to bring rugby into an educational setting, using a number of different topics to encourage learning and enhance the schools’ enrichment opportunities for their pupils.

Teachers and schools signing up to the app will be in for a chance to have a Falcons community coach attend their school for a morning of rugby in the final term of the year.

Developed by teachers, Premiership Rugby Champions online resource will provide you with free resources, project-based lesson plans and materials for in the classroom and outside, all of which fit into the national curriculum.

The online training session will last around 30 minutes, showing you the online resource as well as how to use it. The dates for our FREE virtual training will be:

Thursday May 20, 4pm

Thursday June 17, 4pm
