The on-field action may have ended with a five try bonus point win over Harlequins last Saturday, but the club signed off the season in further style last night at their annual Big Rugby Ball and awards ceremony.

Of the seven accolades announced, Samoan Winger Sinoti Sinoti was the big winner, taking home a hat trick of awards.

Awarded Players’ Player of the Season and Heineken Fans Star of the Season following a fan poll that saw thousands of supporters cast their votes online, the hot stepping attacker also picked up Try of the Season for his sublime effort at home to Bath last month.

Elsewhere, Chris Harris was voted Academy Player of the Season after a term that has saw him explode onto the Aviva Premiership scene with five tries in his first four league appearances while Andy Saull was awarded the Community Player of the Season in recognition of his continued dedication to the club’s community and education programmes throughout the 2014/15 term.

Rounding up the list of player winners was Ruki Tipuna, the latest man to collect the club’s Ken Lockerbie trophy for most consistent performances across the season.

Finally, Academy Admistrator Roz Lyall received the Falcons’ Clubman of the Year Award for her services to the Falcons throughout the season and for many years before.
