Following the recent announcement of Bede Sixth Form College partnering with Newcastle Falcons, the college is recruiting for an ACE Manager to lead delivery of its new Academy Colleges and Education (ACE) rugby programme.

Part of Newcastle Falcons’ wider Professional Game Partnership (PGP), this second state-school collaboration aims to diversify the club’s talent pathway and offer more 16–18-year-old boys the opportunity to pursue both academic and sporting excellence.

Delivered at Bede Sixth Form College in Billingham and run in collaboration with existing partner Gosforth Academy, the ACE programme forms a key component of the Falcons’ long-term development strategy.

The college is looking for an experienced rugby coach with a strong background in talent identification, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and manage a high-quality dual-career programme.
