Join our summer residential camp
Mowden Hall school is situated 11 miles west of Newcastle on the outskirts of the Village Newton Northumberland and boasts two rugby pitches, astro turf pitches, tennis courts, sports hall, a swimming pool and much more.
Aimed at boys aged 12 to 16, the camp includes three meals and two snacks per day, accommodation and a packed schedule of coaching.
The camp is aimed at aspiring rugby players no matter your experience, where throughout the week participants will receive over **FIVE** hours of coaching per day on team and individual skills, game management as well as the principles of attack and defence.
The training will be delivered by the Community department as well as guest appearances from the Newcastle Falcons first team and other members of the back room staff – offering hints and tips on the reality of professional sporting life and how to make it to the top in the rugby world.
To compliment all the skills, there will also be position specific coaching, game awareness, strength, conditioning and nutrition workshops as well as other aspects of the professional game.
The camp culminates with a game day on Friday with teams put together across the age groups and a chance to show off your skills to parents.
As part of the camp each participant will receive a item of Newcastle Falcons clothing, with the price set at just £350.
