This year’s Flock Summer Party takes play on Saturday 19th July (11am – 1pm) on Tynemouth Longsands. Offering a day of summer fun for members of our junior supporters club, the Flock, and their families, the party will involve face painting, a sandcastle competition, beach volley ball, beach rugby and a bouncy castle, with Falcons players coming along to join in the fun.

The party, in conjunction with Sport North Tyneside, is free of charge to all members of the Flock, Newcastle Falcons’ junior supporters club, which is completely free to join. Flash the Falcon will also be in attendance to lead his annual mascot race!

To attend the party, or find out how to join our junior supporters club, email [theflock@newcastle-falcons.co.uk][1].

The following day, on Sunday 20th July, the Falcons Community Foundation will be hosting their Beach Touch tournament in the same place.

This popular day of rugby includes games from 10am – 4pm and teams are encouraged to bring a picnic and stay all day to enjoy the party atmosphere.

Entry to the tournament costs £40 per team of six and teams must include at least two members of the opposite sex. To join, email [gavin.beasley@newcastle-falcons.co.uk][2].

A Blue Flag beach accessible by road and only a short walk from both Tynemouth and Cullercoats Metro stations, Tynemouth Longsands is one of the region’s most popular beaches.
