Kingston Park to Host Charity Gala
Commencing from 7:30pm, attendees will be contributing towards a funds drive for the Sir Bobby Robson Forundation and Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY)
The Sir Bobby Robson Foundation is a well known local organisation that contributes towards ongoing cancer research whilst CRY is an organisation set up to help with the task of raising awareness and research among other activities to reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death.
Funds from the event will be channeled towards bringing a mobile screening programme to the North East to identify potentially vulnerable youngsters.
The evening includes a drinks reception followed by a three course meal, charity auction and live music by Chris Dakers and the Fabulous Dakers Boys.
