The Premiership Rugby Cup clash is a 7.45pm kick-off, and is being shown live in the UK on BT Sport.

Newcastle have won one of their two pool games so far in the Premiership Rugby Cup, defeating Wasps 34-27 at home before taking a losing bonus point from their 25-20 loss at Sale Sharks.

Under the current Premiership Rugby Cup format the 13 teams are split into three pools, with each team playing four games.

The three group winners plus one best-placed runner-up will progress through to the semi-finals.

As well as Friday’s home game against Leicester, the Falcons also have to travel to Northampton Saints on Wednesday March 30 for their final group game.
