Leicester Tigers next up at KP on Sat Jan 7
The Gallagher Premiership champions are on Tyneside for a 2pm kick-off, with the BT Sport cameras in town.
Richard Wigglesworth is in interim charge of the East Midlands outfit following the departures of Steve Borthwick and Kevin Sinfield for England.
But the Tigers still possess a power-packed squad including England internationals Freddie Steward, Jack van Poortvliet and Anthony Watson.
Overseas stars in Leicester’s ranks include South Africa back-rower Jasper Wiese and Argentina hooker Julian Montoya, with the Falcons already having travelled to Welford Road three times this season.
The last of those meetings saw a 32-31 victory at Mattioli Woods Welford Road, and the Kingston Park clash promises to be another cracker.
