Mark Wilson will start for England against the Barabarian at Twickenham this Sunday with Newcastle Falcons fans invited to come and watch Wilson and his team mates’ performance live at the Tap & Tackle.

Following another impressive season in a Falcons shirt, Wilson’s call up gives him a chance to impress the England selectors in a game that brings the curtain down on the season in a carnival atmosphere.

Kicking off at 3pm, the game will be on all the screens in the Tap & Tackle and will allow supporters the chance to watch the game in comfort with like minded fans.

Speaking about his squad selection, England head coach Stuart Lancaster said: ““This is an exciting group of players who will be eager to impress in an England shirt with a number of guys having one eye on the World Cup in September.

“We know the Barbarians have a large number of experienced international guys and they will be ready for us having played Ireland last night. We are expecting a tough encounter.”

A day earlier, the venue will also be screening the 2014/15 Aviva Premiership Rugby final as former Falcons defence coach Mike Ford’s Bath side face up to Saracens in front of over 80,000 fans.

Kickoff is 2:30 with a range of drinks promotions running throughout the day.

For those who want to stay on and enjoying a relaxing evening in the newly refurbished bar, live music will be on from 9pm, with The D’Lights in session.
