Cameron joined Newcastle Falcons in the summer of 2023 from Edinburgh.

Born in Birmingham, he moved to Scotland at the age of two when his family relocated to the coastal town of North Berwick.

Representing Scotland at Under-18s, 19s and 20s levels, he spent a season at French club Stade Nicois before returning to Scottish rugby with Edinburgh.

Making his senior debut for the capital club in 2021, he made a total of 21 appearances, with the hard-running midfield man scoring a decisive try in the Heineken Champions Cup win at French club Castres in January 2023.
