Mark Dormer joined the senior academy in the summer of 2021, having come through the junior academy.

The former RGS Newcastle prop has been involved with the England age-group squads, and during the 2020-21 season played for a Falcons XV against England Under-20s, whom he went on to represent during 2021-22.

The Newcastle native made his first-team debut in the Premiership Rugby Cup trip to Wasps, playing further cup games against Sale Sharks and Northampton Saints that season.
