Michael van Vuuren joined Newcastle Falcons in the summer of 2023 from South African side, Emirates Lions.
The vastly-experienced front-rower boasts Premiership experience from his time playing at Bath, Northampton Saints, Leicester Tigers and Wasps.
Representing Free State Cheetahs and Eastern Province Kings in his native South Africa, the English-qualified forward has also been with Stade Francais in the French Top14 and Ealing Trailfinders in the English Championship.
