Sam Cross joined Newcastle Falcons in the summer of 2023 from Ospreys.
A Welsh international at both 15s and 7s, the Brynmawr native has played over 100 games for the Wales 7s team and was part of the GB 7s squad which won a silver medal at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
Cross played more than 70 games for Ospreys and has two Welsh caps, having played against Georgia and Australia in 2017.
