Scott Baldwin joined Newcastle Falcons as defence coach in the summer of 2023. The former Wales hooker won the last of his 37 international caps during the 2023 Six Nations, with Baldwin beginning his coaching journey at home club Bridgend back in 2017. His playing career included playing more than 100 URC games for Ospreys, and he was a Gallagher Premiership title winner with Harlequins in 2021.
