Falcons’ season ticket holders can add more rugby to their weekend following Saturday’s action against Bristol Bears, with Newcastle Thunder offering entry to their Betfred League 1 game on Sunday for just £5.
Thunder are in action against Keighley Cougars in a 3pm kick-off, a team they faced at the start of the month in the 1895 Cup.
Running out 38-12 winners, Thunder will be targeting a repeat result as they look to continue their push for promotion to the Betfred Championship against a side with one of the best form records in rugby league’s third tier.
With a big grassroots festival taking place beforehand, Sunday is set to be one of the Thunder’s biggest crowds of the season with a superb family atmosphere.
