Saints next up at Kingston Park Stadium

The 3pm kick-off is the first of four scheduled pool matches – the four group winners going through to the semi-finals.

Newcastle are pooled with Scarlets, Leicester Tigers and Gloucester but, as in previous seasons, will not play against teams in their own group.

The Falcons instead face clubs from a different pool, which means home dates against Northampton and Bath plus trips to Saracens and Newport Gwent Dragons.

It all gets underway with the Saints’ visit to Kingston Park Stadium on Sunday November 6, Jim Mallinder’s side having lost on their last trip to the North East.

That was on February 21 when the Falcons chalked up a 26-25 Aviva Premiership triumph – Alex Tait and Chris Harris the try-scorers.

Tickets for the Anglo-Welsh Cup clash are available now, starting from £15 adults, £12 concessions and £5 for under-16s. To book call 0871 226 6060 or [**click here**.][1]

Season ticket members are reminded that this game is included in your package for 2016-17, while all supporters can look forward to free food approximately 40 minutes after the final whistle as Curry Corner returns to the East Stand bars.

Supporters are also advised the Falcons v Northampton game is followed at 5.15pm on the main field by an Army rugby match between 3rd Regiment Royal Horse Artillery and 4th Regiment Royal Artillery. Entry to this game is included in your Falcons match ticket.
