Sinoti and Mulipola both start for Samoa
Samoa are taking a 66-15 lead into the second leg in Heidelberg, with a 4pm local time kick-off (3pm UK time).
Sinoti starts on the left wing with Mulipola packing down at loose-head prop, the winner over two legs taking up a place in next year’s Rugby World Cup in Japan.
