Train Like A Pro with Newcastle Falcons this December
Newcastle Falcons are pleased to announce details of their first ever Train Like a Pro camp, to be held this Christmas.
Run at the Falcons’ Kingston Park stadium, the camp will give young rugby fans and players an insight into the life of a professional player, alongside coaching from the Falcons Community coaches.
Participants will also see a video analysis session similar to that the players go through in preparation for a game.
Each participant will then have a Strength and Conditioning session in the Kingston Park gym tailored appropriately to their own specific age and needs.
Camp participants will also receive a ticket to the Falcons game vs Saracens later that day, a food and drinks voucher to be used during that game. Everyone involved with also take home a Falcons Gilbert waterproof.
Running from 10am until 2pm the camp will also include a visit from Falcons players.
The camp is open to anyone aged playing Under 12 to Under 16s rugby costing £60 per person and is available to book now [online][1] or by calling 0191 214 2866.
