**Job Title:** Marketing, Data & Admin Officer.

**Reports to:** Head of Newcastle Rugby Foundation (NRF).

**Purpose of Role:**

* To promote the good work of the NRF in order to encourage more participants who could benefit from our programmes.

* To promote the good work of the NRF in order to encourage further investment in the services we provide.

* To gather and interpret data to understand and engage our funders, beneficiaries and customers better, to improve and expand our services.

* To assist with the day-to-day operations of the NRF.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Work with the Head of Foundation to co-ordinate and deliver the following:

* Marketing strategy of the NRF.

* Data strategy of the NRF including CRM integration.

* Increase the Foundation’s presence across channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube and social media sites.

* Implement appropriate insight to monitor and evaluate the marketing activities undertaken by NRF.

* Compilation and production of reports as directed by the Head of Foundation.

* Match-day community activity administration including festivals, experiences, fundraising and volunteers.

* Drive sales of paid-for programmes such as coaching camps.

* Assist with fundraising activities and events.

* Day-to-day admin of NRF including communications with schools, clubs and other community users, basic financial records and coach’s diary co-ordination.

* First point of contact for the NRF incoming communications.

* In addition to the duties which this job normally entails the employee may from time to time be required to undertake reasonable additional or other duties.

**Essential:**

* Proven experience in a marketing or data role in a busy environment.

* Experience of using CRM systems.

* Experience of managing to set policies and procedures.

* IT skills and proven ability to use basic Microsoft Office packages.

* Excellent communication skills both internal and customer facing.

* Excellent organisation skills with an ability to manage your own workload.

* Ability to work as part of a team, creating and maintaining strong working links and relationships.

* Ability to work to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

* Self-motivated, enthusiastic and honest personal attributes.

* An understanding of, and commitment to, equality and diversity.

* Current UK Driving Licence and access to a car.

**Desirable:**

* Educated to degree level in a relevant field.

* Experience of working within charities and/or sport.

**Additional details:**

* This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

* Some evening and weekend will be required.

* Based at Kingston Park Stadium, but some off-site work will be required.

**Salary:** £25,000 per annum (full time).
