**Contract type:** Permanent.

**Hours:** Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (includes occasional evenings and weekends).

**Salary:** Competitive.

**Location:** Kingston Park Stadium, Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

**Reporting to:** Head of Newcastle Rugby Foundation.

We are recruiting a marketing, data and admin officer to help champion and promote the work of Newcastle Rugby Foundation. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who has a strong understanding of marketing principles and passion for improving the lives of others whilst following our Rugby+ Values:

Working within a small team, you will work closely with our community development officers, multi-media designers and the head of Newcastle Rugby Foundation to plan and deliver marketing and data strategies which increase participation and encourage investment in our community programmes. All work will build upon our purpose of making Rugby+ the positive difference that changes lives for good.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to have the freedom to shape and drive a unique marketing proposition in the not-for-profit sector. You will gather and interpret data to understand and engage our funders, beneficiaries, and customers better to improve and expand our services.
