VIDEO – Ben Sowrey on first start
Ahead of making a first start for the club, in tonight’s European Rugby Challenge Cup fixture against Ospreys, hooker Ben Sowrey has spoken to Falcons TV about his time at the club so far and the start of the cross border competition.
Sowrey, who signed for the club from Worcester over the summer, has made his impact felt from the bench in all six of the Falcons Aviva Premiership Rugby matches so far and is relishing the opportunity to take to the field from the off this evening.
The 25 year old made five appearances for his previous club in last year’s Challenge Cup and in his interview, speaks of how he finds it differs to the demands of the league.
